  1. Check eligibility: Veterans Pension and Survivors Pension recipients automatically qualify. Others may be eligible if they participate in programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, or meet income guidelines.

  1. Submit your application: Provide the required documents to confirm eligibility. 
  1. Receive your phone and service: Once approved, your device will be mailed directly to you, ready to use.
