1. What is the Trade-In Program?

The Trade-In Program allows you to exchange your old device for a voucher that you can use towards purchasing a new one. For each device you send, you'll receive one voucher.

To start, simply provide the details of your device (brand, model, condition) on our website. You will get an instant quote for your device's trade-in value. After that, you can send the device to us and receive your voucher.

You need to send your device within 14 days from the date you receive the prepaid shipping label (or QR code). After 14 days, the label or QR code will expire and will no longer be valid.

You can only trade in one device per voucher. For each device, you'll receive a separate voucher. If you wish to trade in multiple devices, you need to complete separate trade-in processes for each.

Once you enter the details of your device on our site, you’ll receive an instant trade-in value based on the condition of your device. The final value will be confirmed once we receive and inspect it.

After you confirm your trade-in submission, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours containing:

  • A prepaid shipping label (PDF file), and
  • A FedEx QR code that can be scanned at any FedEx location.
  • You can choose either option to send your device.

Note: The Printer-less FedEx QR Code option is currently not supported in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Once you receive the label & QR code via email, you have two convenient shipping options:

Option 1 – Use QR Code (no printer needed):

  • Bring your securely packed device to any FedEx Office or authorized FedEx location.
  • Show the QR code from your email.
  • The staff will print and attach the label for you.

Note: The Printer-less FedEx QR Code option is currently not supported in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii. If you are returning a device from these locations, please use Option 2 – Print the Label at Home.

Option 2 – Print the Label at Home:

  • Download the prepaid shipping label (PDF) from your email or Landing Page.
  • Print it using a printer.
  • Attach it securely to your package.
  • Bring your securely packed device to any FedEx Office or authorized FedEx location.

To re-download your shipping label, please click the link included in the Trade-in program email, or contact our support team for assistance.

No, the prepaid return shipping label will expire 14 days after it is issued. You must send your device back before the label expires.

Please pack your device securely to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging, if possible, or a padded box to ensure it is well protected during transit. Do not forget to attach the return label securely on the package.

Yes, we recommend performing a factory reset and backing up your data before sending your device. This ensures your personal information is securely removed.

If your device is found to have serious issues such as significant physical damage, non-functional components, or if its actual condition does not match the details you provided during the trade-in submission - it may not be eligible for a voucher. In such cases, this may result in a reduced voucher value or rejection of the Trade-In. If you request the return of the device, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your device, we will inspect it, and you’ll receive your voucher via email within 3-5 business days.

Simply apply your voucher at checkout when purchasing your new device. It will automatically be applied to your total purchase. Your vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Yes, you can track your trade-in status on our website. We’ll also send you updates via email as we process your device.

If your device is not received within 14 days, the prepaid shipping label will expire, and you will need to start the process again to receive a new label.

Yes, your data is secure. All devices are wiped clean of personal information before being processed.
